1. Purpose of processing

We collect inquiry information to receive and review inquiries, provide consultation and reply with quotations.

Required: name, email, message and inquiry type. Optional, with separate consent: company, phone, site region, industry, area, target class, desired schedule, budget range, equipment / model, symptoms and attachments (including personal information in their contents). The server records receipt time, inquiry channel, processing status and required and optional consent times.

3. Retention period
