Pharmaceutical and food manufacturing plants require chillers and AHUs for temperature, humidity and cleanliness control. Continuous operation increases breakdown frequency, making regular maintenance necessary.

After completion we keep inspecting on a fixed cycle, and once the defect liability period ends a service contract carries the care forward.

For sites we have completed, we check chillers and air handling units once a year for three years, before summer (May–June) or before winter (October–November).

Specialist HVAC and refrigeration technicians carry out the site work with precision instruments, and SAMYOUNG ENG reviews the results and advises on any follow-up.

    A digital manifold gauge measures evaporating and condensing pressure, superheat and subcooling to confirm the refrigerant charge and operating condition.

    Precision refrigerant leak check

    A high-sensitivity leak detector with a PPM readout and an ultrasonic detector track down small leaks a soap test would miss.

    Thermal imaging

    Thermal imaging of panel contacts, terminal blocks, compressors and motors finds local hot spots before they fail.

    Electrical circuit check

    An insulation tester and a clamp meter measure motor winding insulation and three-phase current imbalance to reduce the risk of compressor burnout.

    Condenser fin cleaning

    A dedicated coil cleaner and pressure-washing equipment remove dirt between the fins to help restore heat-exchange performance.

    We check the pressure differential, replace HEPA and pre-filters, and measure and adjust airflow (T.A.B) where needed.

Yes. After a site visit we explain the inspection scope and method.

Is the preventive inspection free?

Yes. For sites we have completed, we provide a free preventive inspection once a year for three years, before summer or winter. Parts replacement or repairs found during the inspection go ahead only after we have given you a quotation.

How do I receive the results?

As an electronic report (PDF) with measurements and photos.

How soon do you respond after a breakdown report?

After your report the person in charge calls you with the visit schedule.

How is refrigerant handled during servicing?

It is recovered with recovery equipment into dedicated cylinders, and the amount is recorded in the report.
