   Our promises to clients are kept in drawings and records. We want to work with people who raise what went wrong as readily as what went right.

   • Build and record to standard even the parts the finishes will hide.
   • Share a mistake the moment you find it, instead of covering it up.
   • Say so when you don't know, then find out.

   We think beyond the end of our own task

   Design, construction, validation and maintenance form one continuous process. Every stage has to leave work the next stage can pick up.

   • Think through how your drawings will actually be built on site.
   • Hand your work over in a state the next person can use straight away.
   • Put safety ahead of the schedule.

   We grow into GMP and HVAC experts by learning

   Quality rises with knowledge. We value the habit of checking once more and learning more than yesterday over the experience you have today.

   • Ask why a regulation or standard exists, not only what it says.
   • Keep building expertise through certifications and training.
   • Learn AI and new tools, and use them to improve how we work.

   Togetherness

   We grow together and enjoy the work

   A cleanroom is only complete when building, HVAC, piping and controls fit together. We look for people who solve problems alongside their colleagues, through open communication and respect.

   • Speak your mind clearly, and hear your colleagues out.

   • Be someone colleagues can lean on, even on a tough site.

  We cover training and book costs, and pay certification bonuses and certification allowances.

• Smarter ways to work

  We are building our own AI services for office and site work. The goal is less repetitive work and more time for engineering.

• Time to rest

  No one asks why you are taking annual leave. We aim to finish on time, and we have a lounge and a nap room.

• Respect

  We keep a close, family-like atmosphere where people look out for each other. Team dinners are optional, and no one is pressured to drink.

• A place to stay

  Many of our colleagues have been with us for years. We hire on permanent contracts, pay full salary during probation, offer dormitory support and reward long service.

  For the major holidays we usually give two or more gifts plus a holiday bonus.

  Staff can use a guesthouse on Daebudo island and a Daemyung Resort membership, and we have an indoor golf simulator at the office.

  When we hit our targets, we go on an overseas workshop together. We have been about three times so far.
